Verdure (vur·jər) noun: 2. new growth a symbol of resilience and renewal
I chose this name for my practice because it reflects my mission: to help women cultivate mental wellness throughout their lives.
I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C), offering both in-person and telehealth counseling services to clients across Nebraska. My passion is supporting women through perinatal mental health challenges, including grief from perinatal loss, emotional stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also specialize in working with those navigating IVF treatments and the complexities of the postpartum period.
In our sessions, I draw on a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support trauma recovery. I believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I integrate multiple modalities to best meet your needs.
Above all, my mission is to provide a comfortable, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel supported, process your experiences, and take meaningful steps toward healing. Thank you for considering me to be part of your journey.
